If you are like me, 2020 was challenging for many reasons. Home and family life shifted in ways we couldn't have imagined. School, work, and home life have blended into this new ecosystem in which we are all contained.
No space from each other. No commute to decompress from work. No escape. Just so much togetherness! Am I right?
The skills learned in Parent Effectiveness Training have been my life raft during this time. My relationships with my kids have deepened, even though we've driven each other bonkers. The kids still fight but are better able to communicate with each other. We will get through this with our relationships intact⏤truthfully, even stronger.
